PROCEDURE TO REQUEST THE DELETION OF DATA

1. Sending a request by email:
Users can request the deletion of their personal data by sending an email to the address: social@movired.com. When submitting the application, the following information must be included:

– Full name and email address associated with the Seagrass account.
– Additional details that can help identify and verify the user’s account.

2. Application processing:
Upon receipt of the data deletion request, our privacy team will review and process the request within a reasonable amount of time. Additional time may be required to complete the secure and complete deletion of the data in accordance with our internal policies and applicable legal requirements.

3. Confirmation of data deletion:
After the data deletion process is complete, an email confirmation will be sent to the user notifying that their data has been deleted from our platform.
